7th Annual VMS User's Conference - April 22 - 24, 2010
Pensacola Beach, Florida

It’s that time of year again! The annual VMS User’s Conference is just around the corner. Thanks to your support in previous years, the event is now in its seventh year. And, you’ll be excited to hear that based on your input, we are returning to the beautiful region of Pensacola Beach.

Regardless if this is your first VMS Conference, or if you are one of our many regulars who attend every year, this event has something for everyone.   This is your opportunity to learn more about both the VMS product and the new Ventus product, network with other VMS users to share best practices, and have input into the product development plans for the coming year. You will also have the opportunity to visit one of our on-site Ventus workstations where you can get your hands on the Ventus program and try it for yourself.

Why Should You Attend?

You have made an investment in our applications and services for your business. It is critical that you keep up-to-date on the latest product developments and continuously improve your processes to get the most out of your software investment.

You will join users who have used our applications over 20 years and others who have been users for a short period of time. Many of them are in similar industries and encounter the same challenges. The Conference provides you an opportunity to talk with each other, learn from each other and share best practices.

For us here at VMS, the purpose of this meeting is two-fold:
1.                          To show you ways in which you can get more out of the software and ways the software can increase your business’s efficiencies. This will, in turn, provide you with a better return on your investment.
2.                          To learn from you how we can be more responsive to your needs. We want to make sure that we understand your business needs.

What have Users who have attended past Conferences said?

“I personally thought the user conference this year was one of the best ever. The sessions covered different topics which seemed to stimulate more participation – helping everyone walk away with a little more.”
“Linda presented a session on Closing Routines, Service Reports and Inventory Physical Counts and another session on Payroll Burden. She does a tremendous job of remembering how each company is set up and answers the questions based on the way each user is utilizing the program so it makes sense to us when she answers our questions”.
“I felt there was something for everyone this year. Whether you were a very experienced user, technical user or a new user there was a session available”.

What Topics will be discussed at the Conference?
