Employee Spotlight: Susan Norris

This month we are pleased to welcome the newest member of the VMS team, Susan Norris, Customer Support Analyst.  Susan will be working with the VMS team doing in-house support for our new Ventus software release and the VMS graphical software product.   Susan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from Thomas College, Waterville, ME in 1999.  She comes on board with extensive knowledge and expertise, having spent several years working as a portfolio assistant in the private wealth industry for several mutual fund companies in Boston.  She said that she has always enjoyed learning new software, and finding solutions to difficult problems.  We are all looking forward to getting to know Susan better and even though she has only been with us a short while she has already become an valuable member of the VMS team!

Personal Profile:
Originally from Somerset, New Jersey, Susan comes from a large family, has five sisters, eight nieces and two nephews.   Susan loves the beach and after visiting with friends in Pensacola she decided in May 2007 to make her home here as well. Susan and her husband, Christopher, love animals and have three dogs (Logan, Bella, and Maggie) and two cats (Millie and Grant).   Susan is an Advisor to the Youth Group at Cathedral of the Sacred Heart and a Notary Public in the State of Florida.  She loves running, biking, taking her dogs on long walks, spending time with friends and family, having cookouts at her house and of course going to the beach.
