We offer live telephone support Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Central Time through any of the methods listed on the right. We are also available during off-hours for special assistance.
Our dedicated customer portal is available online through Client Central 24x7, and includes online case management and resolutions, a freshly re-written knowledge base, document downloads, the VMS Users’ Forum and much more.

Our team of developers are hard at work to upgrade and enhance the product every day. The enhancements we make are driven by your feedback. As a supported customer, you can download all of these enhancements at your convenience at no additional cost and with the peace of mind that you won’t need to pay exorbitant upgrade fees any time in the future.
Account Management.
Not only do we offer you day-to-day support when you need it, our dedicated Account Managers will check up on you throughout the year to ensure you are kept up to date and to perform system audits to maximize system performance.
